Diagnostics cost refund promotion when booking inpatient or day case surgery - terms and conditions (”Promotional Terms”)
These Promotional Terms apply in addition to Circle Health Group’s Patient Terms and Conditions, which are available here: https://www.circlehealthgroup.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/patients (”Patient Terms and Conditions”).
You should note that where any term set out in these Promotional Terms conflicts with our Patient Terms and Conditions, the provisions set out in our Patient Terms and Conditions will take precedence, unless we have expressly stated otherwise in these Promotional Terms.
When we use the words ”we”, ”our” or ”us” in these Promotional Terms we mean Circle Health Group Limited, a limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 02164270 whose registered office is at 1st Floor, 30 Cannon Street, London, EC4M 6XH. You can find everything you need to know about us and our services on our website.
These Promotional Terms apply where you book and receive an eligible diagnostic scan — MRI, X-ray, or ultrasound (CT scans excluded) at The Saxon Clinic, our private hospital in Milton Keynes, or The Manor Hospital in Bedford, and you then book and receive your inpatient or day case surgical treatment at the same hospital where your diagnostic scan was completed. If you book and receive your surgical treatment between 1st June and 30th November 2026 (inclusive) (the "Offer Period"), we will refund you for the cost of your initial diagnostic scan (this constitutes the "Promotional Offer").
You agree to comply with these Promotional Terms if you decide to use this Promotional Offer.
1. Diagnostic scan cost refund available to you during the Offer Period.
1.1. In order to benefit from this Promotional Offer, you must book your surgical treatment at the same hospital where you received your diagnostic scan, and your surgical treatment must be completed within the Offer Period.
1.2. Your surgical treatment will be booked as part of a fixed-price package. We will confirm the total cost in writing to you including the cost of the diagnostic scan. You will need to pay for the whole cost of the fixed price package and scan in accordance with the terms of our contract with you. Please refer to our Patient Terms and Conditions for details of our contract with you. Please note these Promotional Terms will also form part of our contract with you. Once your surgical treatment has been completed, we will refund the cost of the scan to you. Please note all costs paid by you are inclusive of VAT. The Patient Terms and Conditions set out what is and isn’t included as part of the fixed price package.
1.3 The Promotional Offer is only available during the Offer Period and is subject to availability and subject to the outcome of your pre-assessment. Details in relation to pre-assessments are set out in our Patient Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure that you quote "SaxonScan/ ManorScan" (as applicable) at the time of booking any treatment, so that we are aware that these Promotional Terms may be applicable. Please note that our online booking terms and conditions (available here: https://www.circlehealthgroup.co.uk/online-booking-terms-and-conditions) will apply to online bookings.
1.5. We reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time without notice. Paragraph 3.2 of these Promotional Terms will apply to you if you have booked your surgical treatment with us at The Saxon Clinic or the Manor Hospital prior to us withdrawing this offer.
1.6. By booking and accepting an appointment for surgical treatment, you agree to accept and comply with these Promotional Terms. We reserve the right to refuse that the Promotional Offer is applied to your booking if you breach these Promotional Terms.
2. Restrictions and requirements.
Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply to this Promotional Offer:
2.1. You must be over the age of 18 to benefit from this Promotional Offer.
2.2 You must have had your scan at The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, or the Manor Hospital in Bedford, and your surgical treatment must be completed at the same hospital where you had your diagnostic scan.
2.3 The offer applies to day case and inpatient procedures only. It excludes any non-surgical treatments such as joint injections.
2.4 Your consultant will only complete your diagnostic scan if they deem it to be clinically appropriate. Similarly, the consultant will only recommend a surgical procedure if deemed clinically appropriate. If the consultant does not deem the scan or surgical procedure to be clinically appropriate, then you will not be able to redeem this Promotional Offer. Please refer to our Patient Terms and Conditions to understand the contractual relationship between you and your consultant, and how this differs from our contractual relationship with you.
2.5. The Promotional Offer only applies to the cost of one scan per person and is subject to availability during the Offer Period. The promotional offer applies to MRI, Xray and Ultrasound only. CT is not offered at these hospitals and is outsourced. Therefore, it is excluded from the promotion.
2.6 This offer is valid for new bookings only made during the Offer Period and does not apply to existing bookings.
2.7. We will verify whether you are eligible for the Promotional Offer when your treatment quote is provided to you. This will include us asking you for your personal details in line with the requirements that we have set out in paragraph 3.3 below.
2.8. The cost of the scan will be refunded to you. No alternative offers are available. No cashback is available.
2.9 The Promotional Offer is only available to self-pay patients and not for those using private medical insurance or patients using the NHS pathway.
2.10. The Promotional Offer is only available at the following Circle Health Group hospitals:

3. General Provisions
3.1. We may revise these Promotional Terms from time to time.
3.2. As we have mentioned at paragraph 1.5 above, we reserve the right to withdraw the Promotional Offer at any time without notice. If we decide to rely on this right, and you have already booked your appointment, we will contact you to let you know that the Promotional Offer has been cancelled, and to give you the opportunity to confirm whether you would still like to go ahead with the surgical procedure, or whether you would like to cancel your appointment.
3.3. Personal information: please refer to our Patient Terms and Conditions for details of how we will process your personal information.
3.4. Events outside of our control
3.4.1. We will make every effort to provide your consultation, and surgical treatment (including the scan, where deemed clinically necessary) on the date that we confirmed with you. However, we cannot promise this, and we reserve the right to cancel or change the date of these. There may be delays or cancellations for any reason, such as because of an event outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will try to give as much notice to you as possible and our obligations under these Promotional Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event outside our reasonable control.
3.4.2. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Promotional Terms that is caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
3.5 Your consultation and surgical treatment will be provided by Circle Health Group Limited's employees. Consultants engaged by us may also involved in the services you have booked with us. Please ensure that you carefully read our Patient Terms and Conditions in full to understand the role consultants may play in your care, including their responsibilities to you.
3.6. You have legal rights in relation to services not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Promotional Terms will affect these legal rights. As mentioned in paragraph 3.5, please ensure that you carefully read our Patient Terms and Conditions in full to understand the role our staff and consultants engaged by us may play in your care, including their responsibilities to you.
3.7. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any marketing materials and these Promotional Terms, these Promotional Terms will take precedence.
3.8. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Promotional Terms to another organisation, and we will always notify you in writing if this happens, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Promotional Terms.
